Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7-10 Business Days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there are any anticipated delays or cancellations outside of USPS current standards, you will be notified directly. 

 

All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise notified and shipping confirmation notification will be provided. Shipping rates for MOCA Defense kits are $8 via Priority Mail. 

 

Damages

JD Global Strategies LLC  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. If items received are inoperable, we will replace them on a case-by-case basis.
